“ Cute local spot kind of tucked away. Has a cute yard to hang out and read, games and other shops surrounding. Great company to keep here ! If you need a smile step in ! I super duper enjoyed my smoothie. Has milk alternatives. Bought some cool stickers. Also has pig n a blanket breakfast type hand helds. ”
“ Best coffee on the island!! The baristas, and the owner Jace are the nicest you will find. It will become your favorite local hang out. The perfect beach vibes (surfers running the shop). Grab a T-shirt on the way out. Tucked away location worth finding! ”
“ Nestled in the boardwalk maze behind the Castaways, this treasure is a "must go there" on your Port Aransas bucket list! The coffee is perfect, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is fun inside and out! We played UNO with the giant UNO cards while sitting on a couch with a faux surfboard table inside after purchasing our delicious cappuccino & frappucino coffee, a boho headband and some other fun things from the shop that shares their space. Just outside is a "Discovery Green" style space with games, a relaxing swing and plenty of seating for chilling & fellowshipping a while. You can bring your own fold out chairs & dominoes & stay a while! ”
“ Fell in love with this coffee shop at first sight! What an amazing and cozy coffee shop! The service was fast and friendly even though it was super busy (on a Saturday morning). Can’t wait to come back here! ”
“ All my coffee drinking friends... add this to your list of places to stop while in Port A! I stopped in around 630am and picked up a dirty matcha. It was delicious! The coffee was the show stopper though! It was so good! It was fresh and bold and I loved it!!! If we were staying longer, I would've stopped in several more times! Our barista was awesome!!! Also loved the vibe. It is a warm, friendly, chill beach vibe. There is indoor and outdoor seating with some other shops in the same area. Because I stopped in so early, the other shops weren't open but I did enjoy some outdoor seating while I started my morning with some caffeine. ”
“ Barefoot Beans in Port Aransas is a total gem! This cozy coffee shop has an unbeatable island vibe, with a sunny patio perfect for sipping their amazing specialty drinks. My kids and I loved their smoothies—made with real ingredients—and I couldn’t resist a creamy iced matcha. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel like locals even on our first visit. The tiny gift shop is a treasure trove of cute finds; we picked up matching anklets to remember our trip, plus a gorgeous candle that smells like the beach. It’s more than a coffee shop—it’s a vibe, a hidden gem you’ll want to return to every time you’re in Port A. Highly recommend ”
“ My hubby and I are from out of town and were in the area hunting for some fishing bait. We decided to stop at Barefoot Beans before heading back to Corpus. It did not disappoint. My hubby and I both ordered Mocha lattes, mine with coconut milk. They were delish. Not too sweet and plenty of coffee kick. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Port Aransas. ”
“ The best coffee I had on the island, great environment, and friendly worker- bonus points for displaying their faith in the decor! This place was great and I wish I tried it sooner in my trip! ”
